Meet our Fall 2018 interns!

This fall we have two awesome interns at Green Light. Orly and Emma have been a huge help with fundraising, the lightbulb program, the rain barrel program, and our garden program.  They are always ready to step up and do whatever needs to be done!

Orly Ludwig

BS Candidate 2020 | Environmental Biology

Orly Ludwig is a student at Tulane University majoring in Environmental Biology. While interning at Green Light this semester through Tulane’s Center for Public Service, Orly is excited to learn the inner-workings of a nonprofit that targets environmental issues.

Emma Weisner

BS Candidate 2019 | Ecology and Evolutionary Biology

Emma was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a senior at Tulane, studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She’s excited to be helping out with the garden program and is currently writing her thesis on the urban agriculture movement.
