Moringa

May 19, 2016 By Andreas Hoffmann

MoringaMoringa leaves are incredibly nutritious, containing essential antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamins. Moringa can lower blood sugar and cholesterol in addition to increasing lactating women’s milk production.

How to harvest: Cut leaf stems with a sharp knife.

How to prepare: Moringa can be sautéed and eaten plain or used as an ingredient in soups, salads, teas, and juices. Also, its seeds produce an oil that is utilized for cooking, lamp oil, and hair and skin care. Moringa’s health benefits are so vast that many people add its leaf powder to food and beverages or consume it in capsules.
