St. Matthias Volunteers

Today Green Light has volunteers from St. Matthias church in Somerset, New Jersey out installing light bulbs. Their week long trip is for middle school students and their parents to have an opportunity to enjoy service while focusing on justice and relationships. St. Matthias also came to Green Light last summer during their first group trip to New Orleans. During their first trip they also did some light reconstruction work with Operation Nehemiah and helped restore the devastated wetlands by potting cypress trees. Thank you St. Matthias for your passion for service, and helping out the city.
